Hindsight is 20/20. But it’s a wonderful feeling to look back on the past, knowing how differently things would have gone if we’d had the knowledge and tools back then that we have now, and will be even more proficient at using in the future. It’s even better to recognize that the limitations of the present are only temporary, and that by transforming our underlying belief systems we can look forward to a future full of hope and freedom to live in line with our values. And that’s just part of the message of positive progress OCD and Anxiety patient “Larisa” shares with us in this 3rd episode of our 4-part series. Don’t miss it, and don’t keep it to yourself! Hope is meant to be shared.
